Exchange or store credit is available for some items within 14 days of the day you receive your order, provided the items are unopened/unused and any tags are intact. Blushing Memory is unable to provide monetary refunds for returnable items. In order to proceed with any defective troubleshooting, the box needs to be kept along with the original receipt then we may proceed into looking if the toy is deemed defective or not. If your toy malfunctions within 60 days* after you receive it, simply contact us and we will happily work with you to troubleshoot issues and/or provide an identical replacement if the toy is defective. If the item is deemed defective, a fully working identical replacement will be shipped to you and your shipping costs will be credited to you via an online gift certificate. If the original item was not defective, you will be required to pay for us to ship the item back to you. To avoid unwanted charges, please contact us before returning any possible defective item.
